To benefit from the Harmonie offer, your home must be connected to the Totalgaz network. It's easy to find out if this is the case: look to see if the Totalgaz logo is on your meter. If it is, simply contact us to benefit from the Harmonie offer. If your meter is not accessible, contact your builder or owner, depending on whether you own or rent your home.
To connect your installation to the Totalgaz meter, connection work first needs to be done before you can have free access to gas. Feel free to contact a Totalgaz advisor who will assist you with the process.

With the Harmonie contract, you pay only for what you use. We consider your needs (gas use, number of people in the household, living area, etc.) to determine the corresponding consumption bracket. You are then billed per kWh that you use. Under your contract, you have everything you need for complete peace of mind: the technical and regulatory monitoring of the gas distribution network as well as customer management costs are included in this package.
The advantages of the Harmonie contract: we offer you a limited contract for occasional consumption and a price per kWh that decreases according to your use.
We undertake to provide you with clear and reliable invoices by taking a reading of your meter at least once a year. So you never have to worry about your energy budget, we offer you two solutions for paying your bills: monthly or bimonthly payment.
With monthly payment, you have complete control over your budget by spreading out your payments. The cost of your contract and your estimated consumption are divided into 10 monthly payments of the same amount. The last 2 monthly payments are for account adjustments. This service is free of charge and automatically renewed.
With bimonthly payment, group together your payments according to your seasonal consumption. Every two months, we send you a bill that includes your gas consumption over the past two months and the cost of your contract for the next two months.
